Position Title: Assistant Executive Director

Reports to: Executive Director 

Position Summary: The Assistant Executive Director supports the Executive Director in managing and overseeing the operations, fundraising, staff, volunteers, and all programs. The individual will ensure that the programs operate efficiently and meet all regulatory requirements, while fostering a positive community impact.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management: 

-Assist in daily operations and logistics. 

- Oversee inventory management and food distribution processes. 

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. 

- Oversee daily operations of the program in the absence of the Executive Director

 2. Financial Oversight:

 - Assist in budgeting and financial reporting. 

 - Manage grant applications and reporting. 

- Oversee fundraising events and donor engagement. 

3. Staff and Volunteer Management: 

- Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising staff and volunteers. 

- Foster a positive, inclusive work environment. 

- Conduct regular staff meetings and provide ongoing staff support and feedback.

 - Conduct performance reviews and provide development opportunities. 

4. Community Engagement: 

- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners. 

- Represent the Table of Hope at community events and meetings. 

- Coordinate outreach programs and services. 

- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding program activities, policies, and student progress.

- Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.

5. Program Development: 

- Assist in designing and implementing new programs. 

- Monitor program effectiveness and continuous improvement. 

- Ensure programs align with Table of Hope's mission and goals. 

6. Administrative Duties:

- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and documentation. 

- Maintain accurate program records, including attendance, incident reports, and other documentation.

- Ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements. 

- Support the Executive Director with strategic planning. 

Qualifications: 

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Social Work, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

The salary depends on experience. The range would be $50-70,000. As a growing company, we are looking towards implementing a benefits package, but currently, we do not offer benefits.
